Spent Christmas break with family in a fantastic family hotel. the kids enjoyed all the different activities offered, which included a warm indoor pool, toni boxes with little figures and rain boots for the little ones. the food variety was excellent, with creative and tasty options like a sushi buffet and fresh juice stations. the hotel was located very conveniently close to ski slopes and the rooms were spotless with lots of little details, including toothbrushes and nightlights. Best of all, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the stay truly memorable.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter and there were some things that we liked. the hotel was conveniently located near ski slopes. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the food offered was creative and tasty, with options like sushi and ramen buffets.

The first day, we had a terrible experience with staff at dinner and ended up leaving after an appetizer. The following day, the buffet dinner was better, but still not worth the price.
